Prior to joining Arkadios Capital, Bailey served as Vice President at State Street Global Advisors, where she played a pivotal role in building and maintaining key relationships with Defined Contribution (DC) advisors and consultants across the United States. As the Senior Retirement Director on the Defined Contribution Intermediary group, she demonstrated a keen understanding of the industry and a commitment to fostering strong partnerships.
