John joined Arkadios Capital as President in April 2017. He currently serves as Executive Director, where he leads Strategic Partner Relations, and sits on the firm’s Investment Committee. From January 2005 until April 2017, John was responsible for all capital raising activities for Cole Capital in the SE. Prior to joining Cole, he served as National Sales Manager for Wells Real Estate Funds.

After earning a BA, as well as an MBA from the University of North Carolina, John held Investment Banking roles with Goldman Sachs in London, as well as Dillon Read and Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette in New York.
