Kiliaen brings nearly three decades of experience managing highly successful teams specialized in developing scale and efficiency in the financial services industry.

In his role at Arkadios, he will lead the technology, Operations and revenue teams optimizing operational structures, ensuring appropriate staffing, and leveraging the latest technology to enhance the Advisor experience and aid the Arkadios firms in their goals for growth and efficiency. Prior to Arden, Kiliaen served as COO of Arden Trust Company as well as other senior roles with responsibilities spanning Operations, Technology, Project Management and Relationship Management in a variety of broker/dealer and RIA firms including Fidelity, Synovus, Triad Advisors and Continuum Advisory.

Born and raised on the west coast, Kiliaen is a 1990 alumnus of California State University, Chico. He is a resident of Johns Creek, Georgia. He and his wife, Leslie, have one daughter and two sons: Grayce, Ren and Riggs. Kiliaen enjoys an active family life, camping and do-it-yourself projects.
