Michael Childs serves as Director of Corporate Strategy at Arkadios Capital, where he leads the firm’s efforts to help high-performing advisors transition to independence. With more than 30 years of experience spanning advisor recruiting, wealth management leadership, and business development, he has held senior leadership roles at Truist, Morgan Stanley, and Raymond James. Childs is responsible for building and scaling Arkadios’ Private Wealth Platform, providing advisors with a pathway to independence supported by institutional-quality resources and service. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Finance from Florida State University and completed executive education coursework through The Wharton School. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Julie, and sons, Bobby and Jackson.
